Job Description

Purpose and Scope

The Clinical Sales Account Manager is responsible for selling EGI’s products and services. The Clinical Sales Account Manager is also responsible for adhering to the company quality policy statement and complying with all applicable quality system procedures.

Responsibilities

The Clinical Sales Account Manager is responsible for developing and tracking sales leads and proposals in the sales database, understanding customer needs, maintaining familiarity with the performance characteristics of EGI products, and attending and presenting at trade shows. The Clinical Sales Account Manager also performs other tasks as assigned.

Organization Relationships

The Clinical Sales Account Manager reports to the Sales Manager.

Job Requirements

Prior Education or Training

  • Four year degree
  • Knowledge and understanding of sales
  • Availability to travel (50-70% ) to customer sites and attend conferences both domestically and internationally.
  • Technical Requirements
  • The Clinical Sales Account Manager is required to demonstrate a general understanding of the scope of EGI’s product line, complete basic training in system operation, and be able to interface with customers and technical and non-technical EGI personnel.

Experience

A minimum of 1 year of prior experience in sales of high technology and/or medical capital equipment is preferred.

  • Selling skills.
  • EEG systems acquisition, review and analysis.
  • Availability to travel (up to 50%) for territory work, demonstrations, customer visits and conferences.

Technical Requirements
The Research Sales Account Manager is required to demonstrate a general understanding of the scope of EGI’s product line, complete basic training in system operation, and be able to interface with customers and technical and non-technical EGI personnel.

Experience

  • Proven sales experience.
  • Experience selling EEG systems or prior experience in EEG acquisition, review and analysis in a Research lab is required.
