MR Compatible EEG System Now CE

Following EGI's long tradition of producing quality research and clinical equipment under strict regulatory guidelines, EGI is pleased to announce that our MR compatible EEG system, the GES 300 MR, now bears the CE Mark.

EGI Reports Solid Growth in 2009

2009 was EGI's most financially successful year yet, due in part to the introduction of strong new products such as the GES 300 MR, which is the world’s first truly high channel count EEG system for use in MR environments, and the new GEM product line for ambulatory and routine EEG applications.

Extended Monitoring

Increased comfort and long-term signal stability make it possible to record EEG overnight or for multiple days. EGI has improved the fit of our HCGSN specifically with long-term recordings in mind. With multiday recordings and field tests complete, we are happy to make this product available to our customers.

The new net design is in integral part of our extended monitoring dense-array and conventional EEG systems. Click here to learn more about our HydcoCel Geodesic Sensor Nets (HCGSN.)

Geodesic EEG System 300

EGI's extended Monitoring Geodesic EEG System 300 is optimal for overnight and multiday recordings. HydroCel Geodesic Sensor Nets for extended monitoring EEGs use a low-cost, gel-based electrolyte and are available in sizes for pediatrics and adults.

Dense-array EEG (dEEG)

Our dEEG systems with 128 or 256-channels, the increased whole-head coverage of our dEEG systems allow you to capture the electrical signal from a wider range of brain regions.

Conventional EEG

The term conventional EEG has typically referred to 8 to 19 channels of individually pasted on electrodes. Using collodion to glue on electrodes is both time consuming and a nuisance with its flammable properties and a strong smell. Removing the collodion proves to be even more of a challenge leaving patients dissatisfied with the process.

EGI is redefining conventional EEG with 32 and 64-channel systems that make recording accessible while maintaining the high degree of scientific rigor you have come to expect from EGI's products.

These competitively priced systems bring you the sophisticated technology and patient satisfaction your work deserves.
